The Body Awake: Easter Weekend Retreat into the Innate Intelligence of Our Body
Ballydehob, West Cork, Ireland (residential) – March 29 – April 1
Arrival Friday for dinner. Departures Monday around 5pm / late afternoon. Last meal to be served will be lunch on Monday, with a final closing circle or short practice before departures.
Residential retreat for 3 nights and 4 days, an extended weekend to introduce yourself to a new form of bodywork, or perhaps get a refresher on the principles and approach of this bodywork practice. Designed for beginners, yet always adaptable and beneficial for those with some experience already, as we can always assist you from where you are at in your practice.

Table Thai Massage – Weekend Introduction Course
Limerick, Ireland (Non-residential) – April 6 – 7
Saturday April 6 from 9:30am to 6pm, and
Sunday April 7 from 10am to 6pm
Practical weekend introduction to using Thai yoga massage principles and movements on the massage table.
*no pre requisite required, yet very beneficial to those who already work in massage, particularly table work, or for those who have studied Thai yoga massage and looking to adapt to a table.
Learn how to use traditional Thai massage movements for manipulation of joints, stretching and fascial release and unwinding, as well as fundamental principles of using body weight and gravity to give with more ease. Applying Thai massage movements and skills to your regular table practice will add many more tools to your toolkit in working with your client’s bodies as well as managing your own energy!
